1. Service Description

ReviewAI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that helps businesses collect genuine Google reviews from their customers by sending automated SMS or digital review request messages. The service does not generate fake or paid reviews — it facilitates outreach to real customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to operate the business for which you are using ReviewAI. By signing up, you represent that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Plans & Pricing

  • Annual Plan — $300/year: Full access to all features. Renews automatically every 12 months. You may cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Lifetime Plan — $500 (one-time): Permanent access to all current features with no future charges. Feature updates included for life.

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

Annual Plan ($300/year)

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not met your expectations.
  • No refund after 14 days once the service has been actively used.
  • If you cancel before annual renewal, no refund is issued for the remaining period.

Lifetime Plan ($500 one-time)

  • Full refund available within 30 days of purchase.
  • No refund after 30 days.

To request a refund, email sitaraai1212@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ReviewAI to:

  • Send unsolicited messages to people who have not interacted with your business.
  • Generate fake, fraudulent, or incentivized reviews that violate Google's policies.
  • Harass, threaten, or deceive customers.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance, third-party failures, or events beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReviewAI is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
