• Customer contact data: Phone numbers or email addresses of your customers, provided by you, used solely to send review request messages on your behalf.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment details.
• Usage data: Basic analytics such as number of review requests sent and response rates.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the ReviewAI service (sending automated review request SMS/messages to your customers).
• To process your subscription payment via Stripe.
• To contact you regarding your account, updates, or support.
• To improve the service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your customers' data to any third party.

3. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data: stripe.com/privacy
• Google — Review requests direct customers to your Google Business profile. Google's privacy policy applies once customers visit their platform.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is deleted within 90 days upon request. Customer contact data you provide is used only to send review requests and is not stored beyond the active campaign period.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time by cancelling your account.
